I am a certified minister of Restoring The Foundations (RTF), which is a biblical approach to healing and deliverance founded over 25 years ago through the Healing House Network. This established and proven "integrated approach to healing, deliverance and freedom"  is used in Heart Made Free Ministries.  I focus on ministering to women of all ages, backgrounds, and seasons of life.

With over 25 years of ministry experience, I’ve had the honor and privilege of leading and developing teenage girls and women alike. I am especially passionate about helping women who are on a church staff and/or women whose husbands are a part of a church staff. I recognize the importance of being able to process and talk through the things experienced in ministry. I’m also passionate about working with teenage girls and young adults. These formative years are crutial in developing a strong foundation and understanding of their identity in Christ.

No matter one’s age, it is incredibly beneficial to experience the healing, freedom and wholeness that only Jesus can bring. It is absolutely possible to experience a “heart made free” no matter how hopeless someone may feel or how hurt they may be….there is hope for everyone!

If I know anything at all, it is this...the LOVE of God changes people!  It is one thing to “know” that God loves you.  It is an entirely different thing to “believe” that He loves you!  There are so many people who know with their minds that God loves them but have a hard time believing it with their hearts and that’s two entirely different things.  It is my passion and joy to help people connect to the unconditional love of our Heavenly Father.  It is His love that brings healing!  It is His love that brings freedom! It is His love that brings wholeness.

My husband, Chris, and I live in McKinney, Tx located in the DFW area and we have been blessed with three amazing daughters!  You can find us outdoors, trying out new restaurants on the regular, enjoying good coffee, as well as exploring the sights this beautiful city has to offer!  

Just like most things in life, learning to walk in freedom is no different.  When God delivered the Israelites out of slavery, they wandered in the wilderness for 40 years.  It was not because God was confused or lost track of time.  And no matter how the Israelites felt, it was not because Abba Father had abandoned them or forgotten about them.  His eyes were on them the whole time.  His love, protection and provisions were most definitely there as He lead them step by step, day by day through the wilderness.  This was part of the process of healing, quieting lies and re-establishing their identity in Him.  All of those things were necessary in order for His people to live a life of wholeness, healing and freedom.  Just because the Israelites left the life of slavery and abuse does not mean that they immediately stopped thinking like slaves!  It does not mean that they all of a sudden started living like free men and women…they very much lived and operated in slave mentality because that is all they knew.  It was familiar to them.  

Their time in the wilderness was not a loss.  Though it may have taken a bit longer than intended, it was not without purpose.  The Israelites were human beings with human frailties and human fears and doubts.  God, in His goodness, took all of this into consideration and was patient and kind towards them.  He did not rush them, though He very well could have.  God used this as a transition period for their benefit.  He was not afraid of the process nor was He detoured by their wishy-washy ways.  While the Israelites were out of Egypt, God had to get Egypt out of them!  I’m sure you have heard that before….and it is SO true!  It was true for them then, and it is true for us now.   

When we are born again and ask Jesus to be our Lord and Savior, our spirit comes alive as we are reunited with our heavenly Father!!  This is when we walk out of a life of slavery and begin the journey to walking a life of freedom with Him!!  More often than not, the process of healing and wholeness takes time.  It takes a measure of faith and trust in our Heavenly Father because during this process, one can often feel as though they are just wandering.  Let me encourage you my friend, when your Heavenly Father is leading, there is no purposeless wandering!  He promises to be a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our paths.  His promises are true and He holds fast to them.  It is our responsibility to hold on to those same promises as well, no matter the season of life!  When you are following Him and when your gaze is fixed on Him, there is absolutely nothing in life that is wasted!  

I am reminded of a book that I read YEARS ago….in fact, it’s not even in print anymore.  The name of this book is A WAY THROUGH THE WILDERNESS by Jamie Buckingham.  It literally changed my life!!!  This is what Jamie says on the front flap, 

“When we come to the end of ourselves, we are tempted to accuse God of driving us out into our private wilderness.  In our grief, confusion, faltering faith, sin or adversity, we may wander as the lost.  Or we may discover that the wilderness is the point of our true beginning with God!  Even as with the Children of Israel, the choice is ours - to wander, or to faithfully follow God’s leading into the promised new life in the Spirit.”

This is how Heart Made Free can help you.  Little by little, one step at a time, learn to walk in the fullness of who God is, as well as, who you were created to be!  

Don’t waste your pain, dear heart.  Don’t waste the difficulties that you have experienced in life.  Faithfully follow God's leading into the promise of new life in the Spirit!  Get healing!  Walk in wholeness!  Freedom is worth the fight and YOU are worth fighting for!

What you believe motivates and animates your life. It is not different for a ministry. What we believe at Heart Made Free guides all of our ministry. Please take a moment to read and ponder our beliefs asking the Holy Spirit to guide you.

-We believe the Scriptures to be the inspired and inerrant Word of God, and as such, they are revelation from God to man, the infallible rule of faith and conduct.

-We believe in the Trinity of one God, eternal and self-existent, self-revealed as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

-We believe that Jesus Christ is true God and true man, having been conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary.

-We believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross and shed His blood as a sacrifice for our sins; He rose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of God, the Majesty on High.

-We believe in the ministry of the Holy Spirit to glorify Christ, to convict men of sin, righteousness, and judgment, and to empower the believer.

-We believe that man was created in the image of God, but fell into sin.

-We believe that man can be justified only by grace through personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

-We believe that water baptism identifies us with the death and burial of Christ, and that we should arise to walk in newness of life.

-We believe in the personal, literal, second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ to judge both the quick and the dead.

-We believe that the Holy Spirit is at work today within the Church body.
