The Details

Before meeting for ministry, you will need to fill out the downloadable PDF forms as well as additional attachments assigned. You can find the downloads on the Resrouces page by clicking here.

  • Thorough Format Receivers will need to download the fillable PDF called “My Story” as well as the four attachments assigned. Please fill out and return all of these by email at least ten days before your first session.

  • Issue Focus Receivers will need to download the fillable PDF “Personal Questionnaire” and return by email seven days prior to your session.

  • There are two options for ministry: In person in McKinney, Tx or online via Zoom / FaceTime.

  • Payment due at the time of your session.  You can pay through Venmo, Cash App, check or cash.
